Our Pastor

Pastor Tim Sneeden received Christ as his Savior as a 10 year old boy in a Baptist church in his hometown of Wilmington, North Carolina. He has a bachelor’s degree in Bible and a Master’s degree in Ministry. He is currently working on a Doctorate in Pastoral Theology. Tim has been in the ministry since 1984 serving in North Carolina, South Carolina and San Francisco for those 26 plus years.
 

Eileen (née Yu) Sneeden was born in Taipei, Taiwan and lived there with her Buddhist father and atheist mother until she immigrated by herself to the United States at the age of eleven. Eileen has an undergraduate degree in physics and biophysics and a PhD in biophysics all from the University of Michigan. It was during her freshman year in college that she learned that Christ had died for her sins and she received Him as her personal Savior in her dorm room.
 

Upon the completion of her Ph.D. in biophysics, Eileen moved to California in February of 1999 and began working as a research scientist at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Stanford Linear Accelerator Center managed by Stanford University.
 

In the Lord’s providence, He led both Tim and Eileen to the Bay Area of San Francisco just a few weeks apart in early 1999. They were married in September of 2002. Tim and Eileen are still praying for God’s gift of children.
